My experience with CMC Capital was far from satisfactory. Their customer service was just appalling – unresponsive, unhelpful and uninformed on several occasions. The broker seemed more interested in securing commission than assisting me with my investments. Also, their platform was riddled with technical glitches and was not user-friendly at all, making even simple transactions stressful. Hidden fees started popping up without clear explanations and my request for transparency was simply ignored. Overall, my trust was undermined and I cannot recommend their services.
