I had an extremely disappointing experience with AlphestFX. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I was left in the dark multiple times with various issues and there was never anyone available to discuss my concerns with. The platform itself is fraught with technical difficulties, which they seem to stubbornly refuse to rectify. I’ve encountered erratic feed prices and unexpected slippages often. Their withdrawal process is chaotic and drawn out. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend AlphestFX to anyone. I’ve closed my account and shifted to a more reliable platform.
