My experience with Forex Optimum was extremely disappointing. Their customer service is terrible, often unresponsive to queries causing huge inconveniences during critical trading times. The platform is hard to navigate with numerous technical glitches, resulting in significant losses for me. Moreover, withdrawal of funds is a painstakingly slow process, often accompanied by hidden fees that they fail to disclose in the beginning. Their educational resources are also lacking, providing no real value or insights about the forex market. I cannot recommend Forex Optimum to anyone due to my negative experience.
