I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by MKB Investments as their guidance has not yielded the expected returns on my investment.
My experience with MKB Investments has been far from satisfactory. For starters, their customer service is incredibly poor. I struggled to get in contact with anyone whenever I had an issue or question about my portfolio. When I did eventually manage to reach a representative, they came across as uninformed and unhelpful. Moreover, their platform is not user-friendly at all. It’s cluttered and difficult to navigate, making it a very frustrating experience. The final straw was the unexplained, exorbitant fees that were added onto my account. Overall, I found MKB Investments to be unprofessional, untrustworthy and lacking clarity, making it impossible for me to recommend them to anyone.
