My experience with Bitget was absolutely horrendous. Not only was their platform buggy and full of gaps, but their customer support was also virtually non-existent. I ran into several technical issues where trades weren’t reflecting properly and when I tried to reach out to them for assistance, I was met with delayed responses and vague solutions that did nothing to resolve my issues. Additionally, they have hidden fees that are not clarified in the beginning which ended up in me losing more money than I initially invested. I wouldn’t recommend Bitget to anyone who values their hard-earned money. A truly disappointing experience.
