As a beginner investor, I am deeply disappointed with Lamanche Payments’ services. First and foremost, the platform is not user-friendly at all. For someone with limited investing knowledge, I had trouble navigating through the platform to find the information I needed.
Another point of disappointment is the lack of educational resources. As a novice investor, I need all the help and guidance I could get and Lamanche Payments does not provide anything on their platform to help educate me on the investor curriculum.
Additionally, the broker fees charged by Lamanche Payments are quite high compared to other brokers. This compounded with the fact that their services are subpar just doesn’t justify the cost for me.
Lastly, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There were several instances where I needed some assistance or clarification and the staff was either unresponsive or unable to provide an ample solution.
