I had a terrible experience with MLP Funds. The customer service was dreadful as it was incredibly hard to get a hold of anyone for help or advice. Not only did their lack of communication frustrate me, but their fees were also too high compared to other brokers. Also, the website is not user-friendly and it was difficult to navigate. It was truly a disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend MLP Funds to anyone.
