I had a highly disappointing experience with United Traders. Their customer service was utterly non-responsive and incompetent. The fees were shockingly high and not clearly communicated. Trading functionality also left a lot to be desired with frequent glitches and slow responsiveness. The platform is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I sustained substantial losses due to their unreliable trade execution. I certainly will not recommend United Traders to anyone and I regret entrusting them with my investments. You can find much better brokers elsewhere.
