My experience with Volta Trading Group has been quite distressing. Their customer service was shockingly poor and it took them ages to respond to my queries. Furthermore, the commission rates were not transparent which led to unexpected charges. I also experienced several issues with my account which they were unable to resolve quickly, adding to the inconvenience. Their platform was quite complex and not user-friendly for a beginner like me. Overall, my working relationship with Volta Trading Group was more of a hassle than a help. I would not recommend them.
